It's good to be back! I really missed this corner to share stuff... I just wanted to say this.
I'll try step by step to tell you about the last two months...
Well... I had a great experience in August at the Sudoeste Festival in the southwest coast of Portugal. I played two different nights. One with Dubadelic Vibrations in a strictly reggae/dub night. It was an honour to share the stage with Nick Manasseh and Adrian Sherwood. Two of my references. It was an intense night, with thousands of people sharing a really good vibe, proving that reggae music in all its forms has a power that can not be undermined.
The second I djed I was on my own, playing all kinds of music. I was the last one to perform, after Two Banks of Four (live), Magnus Zingmark (Koop) and DJ Al. On the main stage, Groove Armada finished just before I started, so all the people that wanted to stay in the festival had to bare with me. It was crazy... 7000 people not knowing what to expect from me... 3.30 in the morning... and I decided to start with drum'n'bass for a bit of energy and then I just played the music I felt right regardless of the style. It worked very well!!!
This gig had a strong impact on my image... It has become normal that people come to me asking if I wasn't the guy who played at THAT festival. It's a strange feeling... and even the press reviews were good!

Now I'm back for good. It's been a mix of lots of gigs, some travelling and a bit of lazyness.
But... I can tell you I've been to London for the wonderful Notting Hill Carnival madness, to Rome for the Red Bull Music Academy and a lot of places around Portugal.
I'm writing a detailed text about all these experiences. I will post on the next few weeks.
More present things now...
This week I'm having two guests... two excellent guests!!!
On thursday, straight from London and the Notting Hill Arts Club, DJ Dom P will be joining me at Fluid for a Red Bull Back to Back session. I really liked his style, and after some conversations it made sense to invite him over.
On friday, it will be the infamous londoner Demus, from Two Banks of Four and Co-Op, that will be joining me at Estado Líquido for a session where everything will be played. Really looking forward for this one!
Please check the gigs link for an update of my dates!

Back from a small holiday. This week I have a lot to tell you...

The set should have already started... yeah... but I'm here waiting for someone to arrive. Sorry!
Summer keeps on going with maximum speed. Not onky the gigs have been a bit too much but also the preparation for next week's festival has been heavy.
So, on the 5th of August I'll be with my soundsystem playing alongside two artists I respect the most: Adrian Sherwood and Nick Manasseh. And the on the 7th I'll be playing solo alongside Magnus Zingmark from Koop and Two Banks of Four, in a concert I predict is gonna be one of the best in 2004 in Portugal.
Right now I'm making time to start a dj set thta's gonna be broadcasted to the web in video and audio. Just go the gigs item and click on the on the link. Lot's of good stuff to listen...

Almost a week without internet and a heavy schedule meant a big silence over here. Sorry about it!
Please check the Gigs link on your right for an update on my dj dates. I call your attention for the set I'll be doing on the 31st of July at the Grooveline Record Shop in Lisbon. It will be streamed on audio & video. Not only you can listen to my music but yu can also check my freaky looks :-)
I'm writing a piece about all the festivals I've been to. I'll post it here soon.

Yes, we lost again Greece and with the Optimus.Hype@Meco Festival coming up I didn't even had time to feel depressed. So much work this week, but tomorrow it will all be good!

07:00 Pitt Pull (Journeys/Pulsar) dj set
I hope to see you there!!!
On Sunday, as usual, we do the after party at Fluid. And there's a good line up too. Break Reform, that had to cancel the performance with the full band on the festival, will come for a live act at Fluid. Expect laptop business with the lovely voice of Nanar on top.
Here's the full party.
